Small-scale perfection!
Marc Caremans succeeded, years after his first steps in hospitality, in making his new dream come true with Simple Parfait. His culinary life’s work received a successful continuation, and now he cooks in peace in what he calls his “small-scale” restaurant. In the building where there used to be a butcher’s shop and later a flower shop, he brings gastronomic pleasure to Schoten with a tasty and pure kitchen. The small, cozy living-room restaurant has been furnished in a no-nonsense way, with some original interior elements still preserved.
Right from the start, Caremans was able to convince everyone with his product-driven fresh cuisine. Customer focus, intimacy, and above all, coziness are central. Lunch at Simple Parfait starts at 32€, and this menu changes weekly. In the evening, you can choose from a small à la carte menu, and these à la carte dishes are also available at lunchtime. There is always a full vegetarian dish on the menu. Chef Caremans brings an honest, seasonal kitchen that is adjusted monthly. The wine list features a selection of original wines that have been carefully chosen. All wines can also be ordered by the glass. Chef Caremans’ passion-driven approach results in a personal concept where his culinary perfectionism truly shines.
Personal & casual!
