Sharing dishes
In the former Italian delicatessen shop, the recently opened restaurant NOUS offers a trendy dining experience centered around sharing dishes. The concept focuses on the joy of communal dining, combining Eastern and French culinary influences in its fusion cuisine.
The name “Nous” was deliberately chosen, symbolizing togetherness and the pleasure of sharing meals and experiences.
Owner Olivier, who is also the chef, has a background in the hospitality industry, having trained at the Spermalie Hotel School and gained extensive experience in several Bruges restaurants. At NOUS, starters are meant to be shared among guests. In addition to the limited menu, there are plenty of daily specials listed on the large chalkboard.
The cozy interior, featuring wooden tables, modern chairs, and an open kitchen, adds an intimate dimension to the space.
The wine list includes not only classic wines but also some unique Portuguese and Austrian selections. The service is friendly and unpretentious, enhancing the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the restaurant.
