Owner-chef Wouter Creytens has an impressive background. He gained experience in former Michelin-starred restaurants such as De Snippe in Bruges, Sir Pynnock in Leuven, and Hof van Cleve. This experience results in exceptional gastronomy, brimming with creativity and personality. Wouter works with local and seasonal products, with an emphasis on purity and provenance. For example, we find haddock paired with cauliflower, kohlrabi, and the rich flavor of coppa. Or a beautiful version of wild duck served alongside belly pork, carrots, and orange. This shows how classics can be given a unique interpretation. Those who prefer the Smaak Menu can experience 3 courses for just €45. A 2-course business lunch is also available for just €26.
