The restaurant is housed in the largest building in the Netherlands, De Rotterdam. This vertical city is designed by Rem Koolhaas. The building, the unique interior, the culinary qualities, and the view of the Maas River and Erasmus Bridge make the restaurant a culinary hotspot.
In the 2016 edition of the Restaurant Guide Lekker, HMB Restaurant has moved up in the list of the best 500 restaurants in the Netherlands, now ranking at number 59. Last year, HMB Restaurant entered the list at number 60, just nine months after opening. HMB Restaurant has now also been included in the 2016 Michelin Guide.
