International cuisine “what’s on the menu” at Peperstraat
At Gebr. Hartering, you eat heartily, authentically, and in a robust atmosphere. The vibe is excellent, mainly created by the exceptional service provided by the Hartering brothers. Through photos on their Facebook page, they love to show how their various meat dishes are prepared. The terrace is created from a boat, where many plates clang when someone stands up. Here, you’re expected to have something to give to others; due to the cozy setup, the plates are passed around.
Restaurant Gebr. Hartering is also located by the water, situated on a corner at Peperstraat 10 hs. The restaurant is open every day except Monday, from six o’clock in the evening.
Visitors who haven’t reserved or arrive late for any reason can order from the small menu. On Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Sundays, you can choose from a 4- or 7-course menu, and on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, from a 6- or 9-course menu.
