Enjoy around the open kitchen!
Restaurant CCnomie is located in a charming house in Falmignoul dating back to 1800. The interior combines some authentic elements with warm colors and contemporary furniture. In the summer, you can enjoy a well-maintained and spacious terrace with a view of the countryside. Around the central open kitchen of chef David Coisman, there are three separate spaces, each with its own identity. In the dining room, Marie-Francoise Charlier ensures smooth and friendly service.
CCnomie serves a 3-course lunch at a very budget-friendly price (€28) and a 3- or 4-course set menu for dinner starting at €39, with the option to choose from multiple dishes. Dishes include oxtail and foie gras croquettes, a stew of venison, or a delicious wild boar chop. These are pure classics, slightly refined. There is also a beautiful à la carte menu featuring seasonal and regional preparations. The Blonde d’Aquitaine beef steak comes from Christophe Maury in Falmagne, and the braised veal sweetbreads are served with a selection of seasonal mushrooms.
Returning to the authenticity of the ingredients! Bistronomic Wallonia at its best… and Michelin noticed, awarding David and Marie-Francoise with a Bib Gourmand.
