No-nonsense “Italian” gastronomy of the highest order: Sardis 2.0
Ristorante Sardis was first established in 1984 on Maantjessteenweg in the district of Merksem.
Guests came from all directions to sample the particularly accessible Italian and Sardinian specialties.
Fortunately for Brasschaat, Sardis relocated a few years ago to Kapelsesteenweg. No expense was spared in creating a gem of Sardis 2.0. The interior is a beautiful combination of parquet flooring, marble, glass, and finished with photos by Marc Lagrange. Clean and stylish, all-around!
The well-known exceptional charm is provided by Tiziano & Eveline Cappai.
Lady chef Eveline’s cooking gets better every year. The menu features only attractive dishes. The menu changes with the seasons, ensuring a guarantee of ultra-fresh products! Refined fish and meat dishes, delicious desserts, and aged cheeses will always be found on the Sardis menu.
A fantastic creation of asparagus with Jamon Iberico de cebo de campo, accompanied by farm egg, crispy capers, and parsley, or the classic Bigoli, fresh pasta with lobster, vermentino, sea urchin, and basil. End in tasty beauty with chocolate, stracciatelli, and hazelnut.
With great charm and even more passion for the craft, every guest can rely on Tiziano, the driving force behind Sardis 2.0. Let the host guide you through the selection of one of the many Italian wines that rightfully take center stage.
Ristorante Sardis is enjoying a second youth that is even more beautiful, more “nomadic,” and more perfect than ever before.
