Hangar Amsterdam in Amsterdam-Noord has undergone a transformation. In addition to the new terrace right by the IJ, the restaurant’s new chef, Ricardo van Ede, has developed a new menu.
Over the past few months, Ricardo van Ede has curated a new menu that clearly showcases his passion for bold flavors and high-quality ingredients. The menu features pure and robust dishes, such as hake with beurre noisette, shrimp, capers, lemon, and fregola (Sardinian pasta balls) with pickled pumpkin. Bistro classics like steak tartare and côte de boeuf are also part of the restaurant’s new offering.
