The drink menu features around sixty wines, each carefully selected for their regional characteristics and balance.
We offer 14 gins and love surprising guests with exciting Gin Tonics or cocktails! Additionally, we’ve created a unique drink concept with Amsterdam beers, tea from Crusio, and soft drinks from The Travelling Nut.
Who is GIN?
“GIN is the phonetic spelling of my name, Jin. People often pronounce it differently, so I added the ‘g’. I also really love gin-tonics, wines, and of course, great food.”
“I’m originally a sommelier, but now I’m behind the pots and pans. Every month, we cook six new dishes based on our youth, emotions, and the season. Together with my enthusiastic team, I want to show that good, exciting, and innovative food doesn’t always have to be in a fancy, polished, or stiff restaurant.”
