CHAPTER 6: LA VITA è BELLA
Now that we’ve covered a good portion of the meats and, in compensation, cooked with vegetables for the past few months, we’re going to keep things really simple from now on! It’s only natural that we’ll turn to the beautiful, refined, and simple cuisine of ITALY!
For the coming months, you can fully immerse yourself in Italian (food) culture with us. Italian dishes, a wine pairing featuring Italian wines, Italian music, and the most kitschy Italian art we could find for the walls. Even a few of the kitchen staff will be speaking fluent Italian during these months! In short, success is guaranteed!
As you’re used to, we will serve a surprise menu with 5 to 7 courses, and once again, you have the option to add some extra GLORY!
