La Muse is a true discovery, brilliantly run by Kimberly and Nikolaï, a young duo who gained extensive experience in top restaurants. Kimberly ensures warm and professional service, while the cozy and inviting interior creates a relaxed atmosphere. In winter, guests can enjoy an aperitif or unwind by the open fireplace, and in summer, the terrace is particularly inviting.
In the kitchen, chef Nikolaï delivers a creative menu using fresh, seasonal ingredients. His dishes balance modern takes on classics with bold, innovative flavors.
For lunch, guests can enjoy two courses for €29, with the option to add dessert (+€8) or Van Tricht cheeses (+€12). Alongside the à la carte options, the La Muse menu showcases Nikolaï’s skill in blending classic and contemporary flavors. A standout dish includes ravioli ‘Secreto 07’ with broth, or a succulent piece of pheasant with Belgian endive and potato croquettes. The menu is available in four courses (€52) or five courses (€64), with the choice of paired wines or a well-priced bottle from the wine list.
