Enjoying traditional top dishes in a no-frills setting. The chef was one of the first star chefs in Belgium to open a more accessible concept alongside his gastronomic establishment, making him a pioneer in the field of Bistronomie.<\/p>\n
Bistro Refter quickly became a great success in Bruges and beyond. The restaurant is modernly designed, with warm colors and Japanese touches. The large window with a view of the city garden creates an open and spacious feeling. Guests have partial visibility into the open kitchen and are warmly welcomed by a young and friendly team.<\/p>\n
Louis Van Hecke, Geert’s son, is at the helm of this cozy establishment.
