My passion lies at the heart of the kitchen: the hot section. This is where all the meat preparations take place. Everything that makes cooking beautiful.<\/p>\n<p>Everything comes from our own kitchen. We work with whole animals, and everything is processed. You could call it artisanal, but that&#8217;s become such a trendy word. It&#8217;s not about that for me.
